Dr Frank Mitloehner, University of California-Davis, presented on the 2050 Challenge: How to Feed the Planet without Losing it.
We switched gears a little from having a nutrition focused webinar to discussing the role dairy and beef cattle play in greenhouse gas emissions. Frank is the director of the CLEAR Center and writes about agricultural related emissions issues on his blog and on twitter @GHGGuru. The presentation was wonderful and the questions thought provoking. Be sure to check out the rest of the 2020 The Nutritionist series.
