Dr Jude Capper, Livestock Sustainability Consultant, gave a presentation on what strides have been made since 2007 in the area of dairy production and environmental impacts.
Jude is a passionate advocate for animal agriculture and has focused her research on measuring and understanding the affect the agriculture industry has on the environment.
