This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you access or use the AMTS website or any services of Agricultural Modeling and Training Systems, LLC (“AMTS”, “we” or “us”), including but not limited to the AMTS.Farm.Cattle Pro, AMTS.Farm.Small Ruminants, AMTS.Feedbank Manager, AMTS Silo, AMTS Nutrition, AMTS Feeds, AMTS Herds, AMTS MixALot and AMTS.Growing.Cattle softwares (the “Services”), and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. Children Under the Age of 18.

Our Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to AMTS without the express written permission of their parent or guardian and indemnification of same. any of its features, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information to the extent we are permitted by law to do so. The primary purpose of the Platform is to provide nutritional information to agricultural operators, particularly as it relates to the feeding of livestock. This information is provided based on proprietary nutritional algorithms provided by a third-party. Information about you is being collected on the website and Services from the time you log in until the time you log out.

During the course of your accessing the website or Services, we may directly collect information from you:

  • By which you may be personally identified, such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, or any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline.

By using the Services, you agree to the possibility that some data will be provided to an A.I.-enabled technology for processing, analysis, and summarization regardless of whether You personally ordered such Services.

  • To a legal successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of AMTS’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by AMTS about our users is among the assets transferred.

Data Security.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls and is encrypted in storage.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to AMTS. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services.
