This year, as an offshoot of AMTS The Nutritionist webinars in 2023, the Canolamazing webinar with Dr Greg Penner focuses on using canola meal in dairy calf starter mixtures. As a professor in the Department of Animal and Poultry Science and a Centennial Enhancement Chair in Ruminant Nutritional Physiology at the University of Saskatchewan, Dr. Penner focuses on forage utilization, beef, and dairy cattle nutrition.
